This proposed project is specifically designed to meet the storage and distribution needs of potatos and onion farmers, particularly in reducing post-harvest losses and improving market stability.
This will also contribute to solving the problem of food security in Nigeria at large, while also enhancing trade and unlocking economic opportunities.

- Installing state-of-the-art refrigeration systems and temperature/humidity monitoring technologies

Logisticul Bulit-to-Suit Warehouses for FMCC
Our aim is to develop standard Class A warehouses are state-of-the-art properties built specifically for warehousing and logistics. They are designed and built from the ground up to benefit the supply chain.
- Phase 1 – 10000 sqm of Warehouse storage
- Allows FMGC to Focus on core business as development is off client’s balance sheet
- No construction risk
- Building is designed to clients specifications
- Flexible lease duration (10 years minimum)
